On 28th November 2008, my speaker got some problem.
I bought my speaker on July, so it's still under warranty.
Whenever I touched the output cable accidentally, the sound that come out will become softer, or one side got sound another side no sound, or no sound at all.
I suspected my output cable got problem.
However, my speaker still under warranty, so I decided to send the whole set of the speaker to the shop where I bought the speaker, the lousiest largest computer retail outlet in Malaysia's technical service that located at Digital Mall at Sec 14 PJ for double checking.
That fellar, I don't what is his name but he is having a bold hairstyle, said is my subwoofer output injack loose need to send to the supplier for repair.
I had already told him what is the problem and what I suspected, but he said so okay lor...
He is technician I'm not mah...
So he only took my subwoofer, the rest he asked me to bring home.
After three weeks at 7 something evening, I received a call from this lousiest largest computer retail outlet in Malaysia.
The girl from the phone told me that supplier tested my subwoofer okay and asked me to take it home.
I asked her, is it the supplier had already repair and tested okay, or just tested okay?
She said supplier told her that tested okay.
I enquire her to double check with her supplier.
She said she only can let me know by tomorrow because supplier is not at work liao.
Okay lor.
Two days later only she called me.
She told me that she can't contact the supplier yesterday because her supplier is on leave.
SO strange, can not call today and ask want meh?
She said her technian had double check for me that my speaker is okay and really no problem.
I asked her back, if I bring the whole set there and check again got problem how?
She ask me maybe is not the subwoofer got problem? Am I sending the right thing for repair?
I said, if got mistake and problem is from urside not me, ur technician told me my subwoofer got problem one.
Then she said I come first. Then okay lor.
Few days later, I bring my whole set of speaker there for double checking again.
Haha..
My subwoofer no problem. It's my output cable got problem.
The fat stupid fellar who return the subwoofer don't know how to apologoze one.
When he asked another bold hair stupid there how?
That bold hair bloody stupid idiot said don't know and don't care anymore.
Wahseh, that bold hair bloody stupid idiot is so not responsible.
He is the one who check the whole set of speaker and state that is my subwoofer output injack got problem not my output cable one.
I was so angry.
The poor fat stupid fellar need to apologoze to me, and clean my subwoofer because they make it so dirty.
Okay, then I bought a new cable at there because of CONVENIENCY.
That day I got a lot of things to do, so at night only I got time to take out my speaker.
Walau eh, how come my subwoofer become like that?

I don't have speaker to use for 3 weeks le.
And I need to suffer these somemore???
At first I wanted to bring it back to the shop on the next day, but my time is very tight because I'm rushing to my hometown.
So I just thinking of: okay la, suan la...
But I wrote something on my MSN caption.
My classmate, Theng Hwa saw it and asked me what happen.
Then I told him lor.
He gave me some advises.
I take it.
So I decided to bring the whole set speaker again to the shop and look for their manager directly.
Of course like usual lor, very hard to see their manager one, but my attitude is so tough that I wanted to see their manager.
Finally I saw her.
I told her what happen.
And she go to check for me and replace a new set of speaker for me.
Actually what I want the most is want to complain the worker attitude.
Ya, I am pointing to that bold hair bloody study idiot.
His attitude is really sucks man.
I really hope he get FIRE from the job warning from his superior.
However, on the receipt there don't have his name.
Only got one malay guy name.
Btw, that bold hair bloody stupid idiot is a chinese.
I will not ever go back to that shop again!!
