Jenna's Birthday Cake

Jenna Birthday is on today.

So I decided to bake a cake for her.

A Almond Flakes Cashew Nuts Chocolate Coated Strawberry Flavour Cake.


So I had get all the ingredients on Monday and started baked the cake on Tuesday midnight.

Below are the ingredients:

3 eggs

60g caster sugar

7og flour

40g melted butter




1 teaspoon of strawberry essence












Tada....

This is how the cake look like after baked for 10 minutes.




The cake look very boring ya...

So I decided to make some decoration on it.












Tada...

Done!!!



Hahaha...

I know it looks a bit ugly, but the process is full of sweat and blood.

I whisk the eggs until my hands going to break.

Thanks to Eric to help me to whisk the egg as well.

My Lunar Birthday Cake

21 September was my lunar birthday

my sister has promised me that she will baked a cake for my birthday

so we went to buy the ingredients with my lil bro, gim and his gf, yean

so my sister, yean and me started baked at evening

after we done the cake

then gim, my brother in law and my big sister was helping in the decoration

hahaha

i know the cake don't look nice however we are having fun in the process

at night after my mum come back from her singing competition

then we celebrated my lunar birthday and ate the cake

hahaha

the cake is so hard

and very full after ate

hahaha

that is because my sister don't follow the recipe instruction

hahaha

nevermain, we having fun in the process

and also learn a lesson
